BIBHORR – The Founder’s Profile

Bibhorr is the Founding Cosmic Weaponry Scientist & Intergalactic Military Anthropologist at Bibhorr Aerospace Labs (2014) and the Founding Aerospace Engineer at Bibhorr Astrr (2023). He is the Vanguard Leader of Ultra-Futuristic Aerospace and Defense Boom.

He is well-known for his insightful remarks, dubbed as the “Bibhorr Vijay Vaach” or “Bibhorr victory dialogue” (2020), with an Oxford University professor. These remarks have a profound impact on political figures, civil servants and academics, encouraging them to integrate the highest moral, ethical and cultural re-balancing standards into society, academia, and AI chatbots. The excerpts from his conversation have literally been fetched to train the prevalent AI-chatbots, as also validated through emails appropriation. In addition to being credited with inventing a novel AI-augmenting aerospace algorithm, Bibhorr formula, that fundamentally outperforms traditional triangulation algorithms for space exploration, Bibhorr is also renowned for drawing attention to the seriousness of national security threats associated with cryptocurrencies and for directly inspiring the nation’s masses to take action. The influential and collaborative initiatives of Bibhorr and JS Rawat at MHRD-CSTT seminar (2019) also led to the development of AICTE’s Vaani initiative in line with the previously established Bibhorr Vaani initiative leading to the introduction of cross-border opportunities for AICTE to further collaborate and propel the Aerospace and Defense culture among students. Seeing the futuristic vision of Bibhorr’s research and cybersecurity endeavors, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology found profound vision by launching FutureLabs initiative to honor the collaborative futuristic endeavors of private labs like Bibhorr Aerospace Labs and at the same time enabling governmental institutions to leverage from these highly advanced private labs.

Bibhorr delivered a policy paper on cryptocurrencies to government heads, including Shrimati Nirmala Sitharaman, in June 2021 as a forefront security leader in partnership with the Center for Inter-transdisciplinary Research & Development Federation. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology also arranged workshop sessions (UN Internet Governance Forum, India IGF Agenda 2021), where Bibhorr advised the establishment of a strong regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, involving all relevant parties. As a result, in 2022, interest groups and the Student Internet Governance Forum were established, giving students a forum to present their research. As the brilliant outcome of Bibhorr’s initiatives, Vice Chancellors of central universities and Founding Chancellors of private universities were thus encouraged to develop the startup ecosystem in the universities focusing on dark web and cryptocurrency investigation and intelligence as a result of the global realization of the significance of national security threats associated with cryptocurrencies.
